Update: Settings Menu Added

I’ve just added a new **Settings Menu** to *Modular*. 

Key Features:

• Graphics Options: Adjusts anti-aliasing, and other visual settings.
• Audio Controls: Sliders for sound effects and music.
• Fullscreen: A simple toggle for switching between Fullscreen and Windowed.

The menu is now fully functional, and future updates will also focus on improving these options further. Feedback is welcome.
